1. OVERVIEW Spada Jewellers ships loose diamonds and finished jewellery across Australia using insured, registered courier services. Due to the high value of our products, we do not use standard untracked post under any circumstances. All shipments are fully insured to the declared value of the item.


2. DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES In-stock loose diamonds and finished items are dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received and cleared. Custom and bespoke jewellery pieces are dispatched once production is complete, as agreed at the time of order. Stones sourced to order are dispatched within 5–7 business days of the stone being confirmed and payment received. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched are as follows. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed — Spada Jewellers is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather events, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Melbourne Metro: 1–2 business days. Regional Victoria (including Gippsland): 2–4 business days. Interstate (major cities): 2–4 business days. Interstate (regional): 3–6 business days.


4. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the value of your order. Due to the nature of high-value diamond shipments, all orders require signature on delivery. We do not offer authority to leave. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card and you will need to arrange redelivery or collection from your nearest depot.


5. INSURANCE All shipments are insured to the full declared value of the item. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at admin@spadajewellers.com.au. We will lodge a claim with the courier on your behalf and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Spada Jewellers is not liable for loss or damage once a parcel has been accepted by the courier and a tracking number has been issued, however we will assist with the claims process in full.


6. STUDIO COLLECTION — MELBOURNE Customers and approved trade accounts are welcome to collect orders in person from our Melbourne studio. Collection is by appointment only. Please contact us at admin@spadajewellers.com.au to arrange a time. You will be required to provide photo ID and your order confirmation at the time of collection. No additional charge applies for studio collection.


7. TRADE ACCOUNT DELIVERIES Approved trade accounts across Victoria, including regional areas such as Gippsland, are serviced via insured courier delivery. Trade accounts may arrange regular delivery schedules by contacting us directly. For Melbourne-based trade accounts, Spada Jewellers may elect to deliver orders personally at our discretion — we value the relationships we build with our trade partners and believe in showing up when we can. Personal delivery is offered as a courtesy and is subject to availability. Where personal delivery is arranged, you will be notified in advance to confirm a suitable time. Spada Jewellers does not accept liability for loss or damage once a consignment has been signed for and accepted by the trade account holder or their representative.


8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time, Spada Jewellers ships to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not currently available. If you are located outside Australia and wish to discuss an order, please contact us directly at admin@spadajewellers.com.au.


9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. Spada Jewellers is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If an item is returned to us due to an address error, redelivery charges will apply.


10. RISK AND TITLE Title in goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment. Risk passes to you upon delivery and signature. For trade accounts on 30-day net terms, title remains with Spada Jewellers until payment is received in full.
