1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using the Spada Jewellers website (spadajewellers.com.au) or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers and trade account holders.


2. ABOUT US Spada Jewellers is an Australian business registered under ABN 83 186 824 905, operating from Melbourne, Victoria. We supply IGI certified lab-grown loose diamonds and finished jewellery, including bespoke engagement and wedding rings, to retail customers and approved trade accounts across Australia.


3. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS We take care to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time. Diamond photography is representative — minor variations in appearance may exist between the image and the physical stone. All grading information (colour, clarity, cut, carat weight) is sourced directly from the IGI certificate for each individual stone and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. IGI report numbers are laser-inscribed on each stone and can be independently verified at igi.org at no charge.


4. PRICING AND GST All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Trade account pricing is exclusive of GST and is available only to approved trade account holders. Spada Jewellers reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of your purchase.


5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the item at the listed price. Spada Jewellers reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full prior to dispatch for retail customers. Approved trade accounts may be offered 30-day net payment terms subject to a signed credit agreement. We accept payment via EFT and other methods as displayed at checkout. Title and risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.


6. CUSTOM AND BESPOKE ORDERS Custom designed and bespoke jewellery orders require a deposit as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable except where Spada Jewellers is unable to fulfil the order. Custom orders are not subject to change of mind returns. Design approvals (including CAD renders) must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Any changes requested after production has commenced may incur additional charges.


7. STONE SOURCING Where a stone is sourced to your brief, a 20% deposit is required to initiate sourcing. Options will be presented within 3 business days. Once a stone has been selected and confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. Allow 5–7 business days for the stone to be available for collection or postage.


8. TRADE ACCOUNTS Trade account access is available to approved jewellery businesses only. Applications are subject to ABN verification and Spada Jewellers' approval at its sole discretion. Trade account holders agree to keep pricing, product availability and account terms strictly confidential and must not disclose wholesale pricing to retail consumers. Spada Jewellers reserves the right to suspend or terminate a trade account at any time. Memo terms are available to approved accounts for up to 7 days. Loss or damage to stones during a memo period is the sole responsibility of the account holder.


9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship across Australia using insured courier services. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Spada Jewellers is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk passes to you upon delivery. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist in lodging a claim with the courier.


10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, available at spadajewellers.com.au, and consistent with the Australian Consumer Law. Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided the item is in original, unworn and unaltered condition, accompanied by the original IGI certificate and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Custom, bespoke and specially sourced items are not eligible for change of mind returns.


11. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Where the ACL applies, our liability is limited to, at our election: repair or replacement of the goods, or a refund of the purchase price.


12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Spada Jewellers website, including text, images, logos, design elements and the Spadafori Collection branding, is the property of Spada Jewellers and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spada Jewellers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products, services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the relevant item.


14. PRIVACY We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy, available at spadajewellers.com.au. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.


15. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.


16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS Spada Jewellers reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
